Had a reasonably large room with a private bathroom, mini-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. Enjoyed a great view of the ocean from the room. - the staff was helpful and wonderfully friendly. - Recommended a nice restaurant on-site.

Everything was perfect, convenient hotel, the location was handy close to Galle Fort and other intersting places as well as two steps away from the beach. The staff were very friendly, as I could only expect. The breakfast was amazing, had a great selection of food...

Wow, my room at Hotel Dhammika in Unawatuna was amazing! The double room had a separate large balcony with a sea view, making me feel like I was in paradise. The air conditioning was perfect for escaping the heat, and having an electric kettle was so convenient. The cozy seating area made me feel right at home, and the private bathroom with a shower was a nice touch. I loved every moment of my stay here!
I didn't personally enjoy the wardrobe in the room. It felt a bit small for my liking.

Convenient hotel with fantastic food
Handy location so close to the beach-literally over the road. Sanctuary spa and nearby many restaurants. - Good choice of options for amazing breakfast. - What a lovely stay, nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at Dhammika hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, just a minute away from the best part of the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and kettle provided. The terrace was a great place to relax. I was impressed with this hidden gem for its excellent value and great service.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service! Amazing location. Great view from balcony. Very clean place and amazing staff always ready to make you happy. Lots of space in the rooms and a porch to enjoy the beach view. Wonderful location surrounded by restaurants. Cheaper tuk tuk service than street ones. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, and toast.

I enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view of palm-lined beach. The breakfast options were varied, whether I wanted a continental, à la carte, or Asian meal.
Just loved how the property was 2.6 km away from the Yatagala Temple. Such a convenient distance!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the location couldn't be better, with the beach just across the road and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a view of the beach. the service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to perfection. a great experience!
The rooms could use some updating and better lighting.
